Our services are exclusively virtual/online. This is great news for you! You can work with us from the comfort of your home or office, no matter your location.
Quickbooks ranges in price from $30 a month - $200 a month based on your business needs. As a Quickbooks Pro Advisor, I am able to pass my Pro-Advisor discount on to you which means you will save 30% off your Quickbooks subscription.
Services are paid for on a monthly basis. We will set up automatic ACH draft payments so you can set it and forget it as long as our contract is ongoing.
We do not charge by the hour. We charge a monthly or quarterly flat rate. This takes the guess work out of your billing. We won't ever nickel & dime you!
#1. Consult
We will meet for a consult & get to know each other to see if we are a good fit.
#2. Proposal
If we decide to work together, I will send you a proposal.
#3. Contract
Once the proposal is accepted, I will send you a contract.
We will both sign the contract. Yay, so excited to work together :)
#4. Billing
You will be billed for the first month of service.
#5. Onboarding Kickoff Call
We will then meet for a kickoff call which mostly consists of onboarding you as our client. We will get you set up with Quickbooks if you're not already a Quickbooks user. We will ask you for your last tax return. We will get your bank feed integrated with Quickbooks. We will connect you to our secure client portal & show you how to send & receive receipts and documents needed such as bank statements etc. The great news is you can send documents from your phone. It is very convenient and user friendly!
#6. It's Bookkeeping Time!
What is needed in order for me to get started on your books:
You will need a separate business bank account that will need to be set up with Quickbooks online. Most clients will provide a login to 'view only' so that we are able to connect your bank to Quickbooks and view your bank transaction in order to categorize them. Once your bank is connected to Quickbooks, your bank feed will feed your business bank transactions into your Quickbooks account and that is when the categorizing & reconciliation magic happens. Then we can produce all of those lovely reports that your business so greatly needs.
